The holiday apartments are located in front of the beach of Donnalucata, a charming seaside of Scicli, location of the famous Commissioner Montalbano. The two apartments overlook the free beach of fine golden sand long kilometers. You can buy fresh fish directly from the fishermen, at the little port. Furtherly you can enjoy delicious granita, sicilian citrus, and homemade ice cream in every bar. Donnalucata was originally a seafaring village, today a welcoming town, the ideal place for a healthy relaxing vacation in every season thanks to its mild and pleasant climate and to its friendly atmosphere. You can rent the entire property for a total of 12 people of which 7 are on the upper floor, it is possible to rent each floor, both with independent access and separated.

The 100 sqm apartment, with a small internal garden, has entrance from both the promenade (via Marina ) and from the street behind (via Ischia). The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, one with a view of the sea and the other overlooking the garden, a room with a single bed, a fully equipped kitchen (crockery, gas oven, fridge, toaster, coffee machine with capsules, bbq, freezer, dishwasher machine, iron and ironing board, a flat-screen tv, wifi), a bathroom with shower and bidet, a garage-storage area with washing machine. The apartment, with access in via Ischia, has three double bedrooms and one room with a French bed, two bathrooms with shower and bidet, a kitchenette area with gas cooker, electric oven, toster, kettle, bbq, coffee machine with capsules,  kitchenware, iron and ironing board, a fridge, a freezer, a flat-screen tv. Free wi-fi connection. The accommodation has a spacious lounge-dining room with a long panoramic balcony on the beach of golden sand. A laundry with washing machine is located on the upper floor. The upper floor large terrace-solarium (120 mq), only for this apartament guests, equipped with chairs, tables and sun umbrella, allows you to enjoy the sun and the panoramic views of the Mediterranean sea.
